Welcome to Raw Vibrance by Nannette ©! I am founder
and owner, Chef Nannette E. King. My mission is to show how simple,
nutritious, and delicious dishes made with raw and living foods can help anyone
achieve his or her nutritional goals. As a certified raw food chef and
instructor, I aspire to not only teach culinary skills, but also to empower my
clients with tools of health knowledge.
I initially transitioned
from vegetarianism
to veganism. But, after experiencing the positive physical and spiritual/emotional effects
of a live diet, I then transitioned to a
mostly raw-vegan lifestyle, utilizing and maximizing the natural nutrients in
live foods. Coming from a family with a history of diabetes and hypertension, I
am a personal testament to how a healthy diet directly affects weight loss as
well as one’s overall health. Raw or “live” foods are not only preventative,
but can also heal and cure pre-existing conditions.
It is my goal to share this
wealth of knowledge with anyone that is serious about making positive changes
toward improving their overall health.
