Forget Cooking! Introduction to Raw Food Basics - $160
This is a 3.5-hour class designed to teach you basic recipes and preparation skills to
start your raw foods journey. You will leave this class inspired and rawjuvenated!
In this class you will learn:
- how
to make non-dairy nut and seed milks,
- how
to make creamy vegetable soups,
- how
to marinate kale and other dark leafy greens to make them as tender as
cooked, without the loss of nutrients,
- how
to make protein rich nut and seed pâtés,
- about
staple kitchen equipment (VitaMix, Food Processor, etc.), and
- how
to make functional shopping lists.
Menu: Almond Milk, Green Smoothie, Kale-Avocado Salad,
Cream of Zucchini Soup, Zucchini Pasta Alfredo, Marinara Sauce, Not Tuna Pâté,
Dark Chocolate Mousse.

Raw Food Intermediate: The Entrées - $160
This is a 3.5-hour class designed to build on the concepts
learned in Forget Cooking! Introduction to Raw Food Basics. In
this
class you will be introduced to raw food alternatives to some of your
favorite
cooked foods to help you transition to a living foods lifestyle.
Menu: Mashed Potatoes, Mushroom Gravy, Nut
Loaf, Egg-less Egg Salad, Soft Tacos, Sunflower
Refried Beans, Mock Sour Cream, Flax Crackers.

Vibrant Desserts - $160
Raw desserts are ideal for anyone who loves sweets, but wants to avoid refined carbohydrates and sugars, dairy products, and unhealthful fats.
Menu: French Vanilla Ice Cream, Black
Forest Brownies, Oatmeal Raisin Cookies, Almond Biscotti,
Strawberry Cheesecake, Coconut Flan, and Kiwi Lime Tart.
